The Discovery Centre

The Sheffield Manor Lodge Discovery Centre is a brand new, purpose built education and visitor centre.

Features include:

Exhibits which give an introduction to Sheffield Manor Lodge and it's rich and turbulent past
A snack bar serving drinks, ice-creams, cake and snacks, with tables on the terrace overlooking the site
Interactive computer display for you to explore some of the historical artefacts, people and activity associated with the site
An information and reception point staffed by volunteers to welcome and assist visitors
a community archive room equipped with a small resource library of books and texts related to the site
the Centre can also be hired for meetings and activities

The Discovery Centre is open for visitors each Friday 10am - 4pm with Free Entry. Tours of the Turret House are also bookable £1.50 Adults 50p childen accompanied by adults
