What we will offer you
In return for your time and valuable contribution we will provide you with a warm welcome, specialist training, travel expenses to our base and a supportive and creative working environment. We have our own Volunteer Coordinator, Sue Rose, who will find out from you exactly what sort of volunteering you’d like to do and match you with the right team and projects. She will also introduce you to how we work, members of staff and other volunteers to ensure you feel a part of the team.
All volunteers are given invites to staff meetings and will receive our newsletter and other regular information so you know what else is going on. We are currently looking in to how we, Green Estate, can be a better organisation for volunteers to work for. We are always open to new ideas and welcome comments from our volunteers about how to improve things. We are also investigating ASDAN awards for volunteers.
